Aarne, Anti and Tompson Stith
The Types of the Folktale

Helsinki, 1973 (FFC, № 84)

298A

The Frostgod and his Son. Two frosts agree to make the gentleman in his fur-coat and the peasant shiver. The gentleman suffers much from the frost. The other frost creeps into the peasant's old fur coat. The peasant quickly takes it off and hews wood. The fur is frozen hard. The peasant beats it, and so the frost also gets a thrashing.
